For specified sales engagements, a fee-for-service is paid by suppliers for deliverables provided by a sales person. Engagements and fees are coordinated through OSR.

A Fee Schedule of Deliverables is provided to registered suppliers and sales personnel.

Commitment:

Q: Do I need to sign an employment contract?
A: To be a member of the OSR sales network, individuals complete a simple registration profile. OSR members have the freedom and flexibility to engage or disengage at will.

Communication:

Q: How does a supplier contact a sales person, vice versa?
A: Requests are emailed to OurSalesRep.com. An OSR Client Coordinator will match the requirement/opportunity to the correct person or company.

Compensation:

Q: How do I get paid?
A: OSR validates the details of a Sales-Supplier engagement and pays you promptly.

Q: As a supplier can I engage on only one account or territory?
A: Yes. A supplier can engage with OSR for one account, one territory or a specified market segment. Full coverage of the United States and Canada is available for one low listing fee.

Confidentiality/Security:

Q: Can I see the companies available on OSR?
A: Supplier visibility on the OSR network is at the discretion and direction of the supplier. To maintain confidentiality, a company may not want its sales strategy freely accessed, while other suppliers may wish to aggressively market their capabilities on OSR.

Q: Can I check out the resumes of sales people available at OSR?
A: Experience has shown us that sales people prefer to keep their position as a sales consultant confidential until they decide to engage with specific suppliers for targeted customers and opportunities.
